License Usage & Misuse Disclaimer
TRP Live Premium licenses are provided exclusively for use in accordance
with the license terms applicable at the time of purchase.
License keys are issued to the purchaser or licensed organization and may
only be used within the limits of the purchased license.
Prohibited Uses
- Sharing or publicly distributing a license key.
- Reselling or transferring a license without authorization.
- Activating the license beyond the number of installations covered by the purchased plan.
- Attempting to bypass, modify, disable, spoof or interfere with the licensing system.
- Circumventing Community Edition limits or Premium restrictions.
- Using modified software or external tools intended to fraudulently unlock Premium functionality.
- Using licenses obtained through fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized chargebacks or other illegitimate means.
Consequences of Misuse
Misuse of a TRP Live license may result in temporary suspension or
permanent revocation of the affected license.
Serious or repeated abuse, unauthorized redistribution, circumvention
of technical protections or commercial exploitation may result in
additional action where permitted by applicable law.
A suspended or revoked license loses access to Premium functionality.
Stored configuration may remain preserved, but Premium features will not
become available again unless a valid license is restored.
Purchasing a Premium license grants the right to use Premium functionality
under the applicable license terms. It does not transfer ownership of TRP Live,
its source code, models, textures, shaders, resource-pack assets, branding or
other intellectual property.
