Undoing a Move

If you move a node or Bézier handle to the wrong position, you can undo that editor action.

NeonFX records each completed drag as a single undo step.

Undo the Last Move

Use:

/neonfx undo

This returns the editor to the previous state.

Redo the Move

If you undo something by mistake, use:

/neonfx redo

to restore the action.

What Counts as One Move

When you grab a node or handle and move it around, NeonFX does not record every small position change separately.

The movement is committed as one undo step when you:

  • Release Shift, or
  • Left-click again.

This makes it easier to correct positioning mistakes without undoing multiple tiny movements.

More Than Movement

Undo and redo are general editor tools and may also be used for other supported editing actions.

They are explained in more detail later in:

Visual Editor → Editor Tools
