Resource Pack Does Not Download

Check the following:

• Make sure resource-pack.public-url is configured correctly.
• Replace the default serverip.com placeholder.
• Make sure the configured HTTP port is open and publicly accessible.
• Do not use the same port as your Minecraft server.
• If you use external hosting, make sure the URL points directly to the downloadable .zip file.

If the URL opens a webpage, preview page or confirmation screen instead of downloading the file directly, Minecraft will not be able to load the resource pack.
