Lighting Software

Theatrical: Realistic Pack can receive external DMX control from compatible lighting consoles and software through Art-Net and, where configured, sACN.

TRP does not require a specific lighting-control application.

Any suitable controller capable of transmitting compatible network DMX data may potentially be used with the TRP Rack Node system.

Before Connecting

Regardless of the software being used, TRP should already have:

• A configured Rack Node
• The correct Theatrical Network
• Art-Net or sACN enabled
• At least one enabled rack port
• The correct Source Universe
• Fixtures patched to the corresponding generated universe
• Valid DMX addresses and fixture personalities

The external controller must then be configured to transmit the corresponding universe data to the TRP system.
