External DMX Control

TRP can receive lighting-control data from external software through supported network protocols.

The current network rack system supports:

  • Art-Net
  • sACN

External data is received by a configured TRP rack node and routed into the appropriate Theatrical Network and universe system.

TRP currently includes:

  • Robe Rack Data 8 RDM — 8 routable ports
  • Robe Rack Gateway 12 RDM — 12 routable ports

Each enabled rack port can receive a configured source universe and route it to a generated Theatrical universe.
