Theatrical: Realistic Pack — September Showcase

Effective date: 15 September 2026

1. Organizer

The Theatrical: Realistic Pack September Showcase (“Contest”) is organized by Carlos Cebrián Ruiz, operating under the MrDino and Dev Cave names (“Organizer”). Participation in the Contest is free. No purchase or paid subscription is required.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:
  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Have a valid Discord account and access to the official MrDino community.
  • Be legally permitted to participate in their country of residence.
  • Comply with these Rules, the community rules and the applicable MrDino policies.
Participants under the legal age of majority in their country must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The Organizer, jury members and anyone directly involved in administering or judging the Contest may not participate.

3. Contest Period

The opening date, submission deadline, public voting period and winner announcement date are those displayed on the official Contest page. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted unless the Organizer officially extends the submission period. All displayed dates and times use the timezone stated on the Contest page.

4. How to Enter

Participants must submit their entry through the official Contest form using their own My MrDino Hub account. Each submission must include:
  • A title and description of the project.
  • Clear screenshots or video footage showing the creation.
  • A list of the principal mods, shaders, resource packs and external assets used.
  • Any additional information requested by the submission form.
Each participant or team may submit one entry unless the Contest page expressly allows additional submissions. For team entries, one person must be identified as the official representative. Prizes are issued once per winning entry and are not duplicated for every team member.

5. Mandatory TRP Requirement

Theatrical: Realistic Pack must be the primary and clearly dominant lighting system used in every entry. Other mods may be used for building, decoration, audio, scenery, shaders, supporting effects or additional functionality. However:
  • At least 75% of the visible lighting fixtures must come from Theatrical: Realistic Pack.
  • TRP must provide the principal lighting effects and show-control experience.
  • Another lighting mod may not replace TRP as the main focus of the entry.
  • All additional mods and external assets must be disclosed.
Entries that only use TRP in a minor, decorative or incidental way may be rejected or disqualified. The Organizer or jury may request additional screenshots, video footage, fixture information, show files or reasonable evidence to verify compliance.

6. Submission Standards

Every entry must:
  • Be created by the participant or participating team.
  • Show a genuine in-game Minecraft creation.
  • Use Theatrical: Realistic Pack in accordance with its licence and documentation.
  • Be submitted in good faith and accurately represent the final project.
  • Credit third-party creators where required.
  • Respect all applicable copyright, trademark and licence conditions.
Basic editing such as cropping, subtitles, transitions and colour correction is permitted. Editing must not fabricate fixtures, beams, effects or functionality that did not exist in the actual Minecraft project. AI-generated or manipulated images may not be presented as genuine gameplay evidence. Any AI-assisted supporting material must be clearly disclosed and cannot replace the required in-game evidence.

7. Prohibited Content

Entries must not contain:
  • Stolen, copied or unauthorized builds, show files, videos or images.
  • Hateful, discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit or illegal content.
  • Content intended to deceive the jury or community.
  • Malicious files, unsafe downloads or suspicious links.
  • Unauthorized personal information belonging to another person.
  • Material that violates Minecraft, Discord, MrDino or TRP policies.
The Organizer may remove content that is inappropriate, unsafe or harmful to the community.

8. Jury Evaluation

Eligible entries will be evaluated by the appointed jury. Each criterion will be scored from 0 to 10 and weighted as follows:
  • TRP usage and feature implementation — 30%
  • Technical execution and programming — 25%
  • Creativity and originality — 20%
  • Stage, venue and visual presentation — 15%
  • Submission quality and clarity — 10%
Score guidance:
  • 0–3: Does not meet the criterion.
  • 4–6: Partially meets the criterion.
  • 7–8: Good result.
  • 9–10: Excellent result.
The three highest valid weighted scores will receive the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place awards. If two entries receive the same final score, the entry with the higher TRP usage score will rank first. If the tie remains, technical execution will be considered, followed by a final majority decision of the jury. Jury decisions are final except in cases of an administrative or calculation error.

9. Community Choice Award

The Community Choice Award will be determined through public voting on the official Contest platform. Participants may promote their entries, but the following are prohibited:
  • Bots, scripts or automated voting.
  • Alternative or duplicate accounts.
  • Purchased votes or paid voting services.
  • Vote exchanges, coercion or organized manipulation.
  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the voting system.
The Organizer may review voting activity, invalidate suspicious votes and disqualify entries involved in manipulation. If two entries receive the same number of valid votes, the jury will select the Community Choice winner based on overall quality and compliance with the Contest theme. An entry may receive both a jury award and the Community Choice Award.

11. Prize Conditions

Digital licences are subject to the applicable MrDino licence terms and must be linked to the winner’s authorized account. “Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of the licensed product while it remains available and supported by the Organizer. Equivalent lifetime licences do not stack. If the same entry receives two equivalent lifetime licences, only one licence will be issued, while all other roles, badges and promotional benefits will remain available. Where technically supported, a fixed-term licence may be added to an existing fixed-term licence. A lifetime licence replaces any shorter equivalent licence period. Discount eligibility, exclusions and validity will be communicated when the prize is issued. Prizes:
  • Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • May not be sold, resold or transferred without written authorization.
  • Cannot be replaced with another product unless approved by the Organizer.
  • May require the winner to maintain a valid account in good standing.
Any taxes or reporting obligations connected with receiving a prize are the winner’s responsibility. Website features, roles and badges remain subject to the continued operation of the relevant website, Discord server and services. “Permanent featured entry” means that the entry will remain featured for as long as the relevant Contest archive and website section remain operational and the entry continues to comply with these Rules.

12. Winner Contact and Prize Claim

Winners will be contacted through their registered account, Discord or another contact method provided during submission. Winners must respond and provide any reasonably required information within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of the next eligible entry. The Organizer may request proof of account ownership, age eligibility, authorship or team authorization before issuing a prize.

13. Ownership and Promotional Permission

Participants retain ownership of their original creations. By submitting an entry, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, crop, resize, subtitle and share the submitted media for:
  • Administering and archiving the Contest.
  • Displaying entries and results.
  • Promoting the Contest, TRP, MrDino and Dev Cave.
  • Publishing website, Discord and social-media features.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to credit the participant using their submitted display name. This permission does not transfer ownership of the participant’s original creation and does not authorize the standalone resale of their submission. Participants confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted media, music, builds and third-party material. Content without sufficient rights may be muted, edited, removed or excluded from promotional publication.

14. Disqualification

The Organizer may reject or disqualify an entry if the participant:
  • Breaches these Rules.
  • Provides false or misleading information.
  • Manipulates voting or judging.
  • Submits stolen or unauthorized content.
  • Fails to satisfy the mandatory TRP requirement.
  • Attempts to interfere with the Contest platform.
  • Harasses participants, voters, moderators or jury members.
  • Is banned from the relevant MrDino services for serious misconduct.
Disqualification may result in the removal of votes, rankings, badges, roles and unclaimed prizes.

15. Personal Data

Account details, Discord identifiers, submission information and related technical records will be processed only as necessary to administer the Contest, prevent abuse, contact participants, award prizes and publish results. Public entries and winner announcements may display the participant’s chosen username, avatar, submitted media, ranking and award. Personal data will be handled according to the applicable MrDino Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Participants may exercise their applicable data-protection rights using the contact method provided in the Privacy Policy. Participants must not include passwords, access tokens, licence keys or unnecessary personal information in their submissions.

16. Technical Problems and Changes

The Organizer is not responsible for submissions lost or delayed because of participant-side connection failures, incompatible files, invalid links or third-party service interruptions. If fraud, a security incident, technical failure or another circumstance outside reasonable control affects the fairness or operation of the Contest, the Organizer may pause, extend, modify or cancel the affected part of the Contest. Any important change will be announced through the official Contest page or community channels. Changes will not remove prizes already validly awarded except where required by law or caused by participant misconduct.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, incompatible hardware or software, third-party service failures or unauthorized use of submitted content by unrelated third parties. Nothing in these Rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory rights available to participants.

18. Third-Party Disclaimer

This is an independent community contest. NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT EVENT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Discord and any other third-party services or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, those parties do not sponsor, administer or endorse this Contest.

19. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, except where mandatory consumer or participant-protection law grants the participant the right to use another competent jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

20. Acceptance

Submitting an entry confirms that the participant:
  • Has read and accepted these Official Rules and Terms.
  • Meets all eligibility requirements.
  • Accepts the jury and voting procedures.
  • Authorizes the stated use of their submission.
  • Agrees to the applicable Privacy Policy and platform rules.
Questions about the Contest must be submitted through the official support form available through My MrDino Hub.
