Focus Tool – Point Mode

Point Mode aims all selected fixtures at one world position.

This is useful when several fixtures need to converge on the same target.

Typical uses include:

• Performer positions
• Podiums
• Stage marks
• Scenic elements
• Specific points on a stage
• Architectural targets

Basic Workflow

1. Select the required fixtures with the Focus Tool.
2. Select Point Mode.
3. Choose the desired world position.
4. TRP calculates the required aiming for every selected compatible fixture.
5. The fixtures aim towards the same point.

The fixtures remain physically mounted where they were placed; the Focus Tool calculates the required fixture aiming rather than moving the fixture blocks themselves.
