Standard Update Process

1. Stop the server completely.
2. Make a backup of the StrobeLights configuration and saved lights.
3. Replace the old StrobeLights .jar with the new version inside:

/plugins/

4. Start the server again.
5. Check the console for any warnings, migration messages or version-specific instructions.
6. Join the server and verify that the resource pack and existing strobes are working correctly.

A full restart should always be used when updating the plugin. Do not rely on /reload for plugin version changes.
