Editor Mode

NeonFX includes an editor mode control that can be used during an active edit session.

Editor Mode Command

The editor command set includes:

/neonfx editor mode

This control is available alongside other editor tools such as nudge, thickness, color, quality, layer and handle controls.

What Editor Mode Does

The current NeonFX documentation confirms that an editor mode control exists, but it does not define the available mode names or their exact behavior.

Because of that, this article should not list specific modes until they are confirmed in the public build.

During an Edit Session

Editor mode is part of the active editing workflow.

It does not create a new Drawing or Tube and is intended to change how the editor behaves while working on the current Drawing.

Documentation Status

Once the exact available modes and their behavior are confirmed, this article should be expanded with:

  • Available mode names
  • What each mode does
  • When to use each mode
  • How to switch between them
