Creating a Drawing

A new Drawing can be created from the NeonFX GUI or directly with a command.

From the GUI

Open NeonFX with:

/neonfx gui

Select Create and enter a name for the new Drawing.

NeonFX then opens a new edit session and gives you the NeonFX Pen so you can start building the design.

Using a Command

You can also create a Drawing directly with:

/neonfx create [name]

Optional profile and path-type arguments can also be provided when creating it.

After Creating It

The Drawing is not permanently updated until the edit session is saved.

While editing, you can add Tubes, nodes and other geometry before committing the final result.
