AI-Assisted Development

AI tools have been used during parts of the development process as an assistance tool.

This has included support with areas such as:

• Development assistance.
• Troubleshooting.
• Debugging.
• Code review and analysis.
• Exploring possible implementations.
• Documentation and text assistance.

AI-generated suggestions are not simply used as-is. Implementations are reviewed, tested and, where necessary, significantly modified or rewritten to achieve the intended behavior and integrate correctly with StrobeLights.

AI has therefore been used as a development aid rather than as a replacement for the development, design and testing of the project.
