Resource Packs

Theatrical: Realistic Pack (TRP) is a full Minecraft mod and does not require a separate resource pack for normal operation.

Its fixture models, textures, interfaces and other visual assets are supplied as part of TRP itself.

TRP should therefore not be confused with a conventional Minecraft resource pack or a client-only visual replacement.

The reviewed TRP implementation contains both client and server logic and includes dedicated blocks, items, models, renderers and lighting systems.

Is a Resource Pack Required?

No.

A separate resource pack is not required to use TRP.

The required TRP assets are included with the mod installation.

For Minecraft 1.20.1, the only mandatory mod dependency is Theatrical.

The newer TRP branches have no mandatory external mod dependencies.

TRP Visual Assets

TRP includes its own visual content for systems such as:

• Lighting Fixtures
• Fixture Displays
• Gobos
• Rack Nodes
• Flight Cases
• F34 Truss
• Disco Balls
• Accessories
• Tools
• Moving fixture components

Every implemented fixture has its own block, block entity, item and model/renderer implementation.

These assets are loaded as part of the mod rather than through a separately downloaded Minecraft resource pack.
