Art-Net and sACN Networking
If you plan to control TRP from external lighting software using Art-Net or sACN, your local network configuration also becomes part of the system requirements.
A wired Ethernet connection is strongly recommended for more reliable operation.
Correct operation may depend on:
- Local network configuration
- Computer IP configuration
- Network interface selection
- Firewall rules
- Art-Net or sACN universe configuration
- TRP rack configuration
- Lighting software configuration
Wi-Fi may work, but wired networking is generally preferable for lighting-control environments.
