Choosing the Right Profile
The best Tube profile depends on the visual style of the design.
NeonFX currently provides two options:
ROUNDSQUARE
Choose ROUND for softer shapes
ROUND is usually a better fit when the design should look more like a traditional neon tube.
It works especially well with:
- Curves
- Rounded lettering
- Organic shapes
- Decorative neon signs
Choose SQUARE for sharper shapes
SQUARE is usually better when the design should feel more geometric or LED-like.
It works well with:
- Straight lines
- Borders
- Frames
- Sharp corners
- Modern geometric designs
You can change it later
The profile does not define the Tube path itself.
This means you can test both profiles on the same geometry without rebuilding the Drawing.
There is no required profile
Neither profile is technically better than the other.
Choose the one that best matches the appearance you want for that Tube.
