Starting a New Tube

A Drawing can contain multiple Tubes.

While editing, you can start a new Tube without leaving the current Drawing.

Start a New Tube

While using the visual editor:

  1. Hold Shift.
  2. Right-click on empty space.

NeonFX starts another Tube inside the current Drawing.

Continue Drawing

After starting the new Tube, add nodes normally with right-click.

The new Tube remains part of the same Drawing.

When to Start a New Tube

Use another Tube when the design has a separate continuous section, for example:

  • Another letter in a sign
  • A disconnected logo element
  • A separate border or accent
  • Another part of the same decoration

If the new element needs to be controlled independently, creating a separate Drawing may be a better choice.
