No DMX
TRP fixture displays can show:
NO DMX
when valid control data is not being received.
This does not necessarily mean the fixture itself is broken.
Possible causes include:
- Wrong Universe
- Wrong Address
- Wrong Fixture Mode
- Incorrect Theatrical Network
- Incorrect rack routing
- Art-Net or sACN not enabled
- Wrong source universe
- External lighting software not transmitting
- Network or firewall configuration
The exact cause should be diagnosed through the relevant DMX, Art-Net or troubleshooting documentation.
