Firewall Blocking Traffic

A firewall or security suite can block incoming network traffic even when the lighting software is configured correctly.

If:

• The controller is transmitting
• The universe is correct
• Art-Net is enabled
• The rack still shows No Data

check the firewall on the machine running TRP.

Network operation depends on the actual LAN, firewall and interface configuration and cannot be guaranteed as plug-and-play in every environment.
