Source Universe Does Not Match
Each rack port listens to a configured Source Universe.
For example:
Controller
Art-Net Universe: 2
Rack Port
Source Universe: 0
This will not route the intended data.
The values must match.
Correct example:
Controller
Art-Net Universe: 2
Rack Port
Source Universe: 2
Rack source universes can currently be configured from 0 to 255.
