If the Rack Shows No Data
Check the network side first:
- Is the lighting software actually transmitting?
- Is Art-Net enabled on the rack?
- Is the correct network interface being used?
- Does the rack Source Universe match the controller?
- Is the firewall blocking traffic?
- Is the Minecraft/TRP machine reachable?
- Is the correct protocol enabled?
If the rack shows Live data but the fixture still does not respond, the problem is more likely to be related to:
- Theatrical Network
- Generated Universe
- DMX Address
- Fixture Mode / Personality
- Fixture patch
