Rack Shows Live, But Fixture Shows NO DMX
If the rack shows valid incoming data but the fixture still shows:
NO DMX
the external network side is probably working.
Now check the TRP routing and fixture patch.
Verify:
- Rack Theatrical Network
- Fixture Theatrical Network
- Generated Theatrical Universe
- Fixture DMX Address
- Fixture Mode / Personality
- Rack port mapping
The rack and fixture must belong to the correct logical Theatrical Network.
The fixture must also be patched to the generated universe corresponding to the enabled rack port.
