The rack and fixture must be assigned to the correct Theatrical Network.
Example:
Rack
Network: Main Stage
Fixture
Network: Studio
Even if the universe and address are correct, the fixture is not using the same logical lighting network.
Make sure both devices are assigned to the intended Theatrical Network.
